In a narrow street (typical of the heart of the city), which bears the same name, Rue des Aldermen, in Renaissance style, is covered with fine sculptures and enhanced by arcatures, rinceaux and fleurons. A small wrought iron holy is surmounted by the salamander, François I's emblem. And you must also admire the remarkable Neo-Renaissance grid made in the Fonderies of Besançon in the th century.
