PÂTISSERIE F. MAGNE
Fréderic Magne, a master craftsman, manufactures with his team of light cakes using little cream cream but from the old homemade custard. So we can eat without fear for our line: Paris-brest, solferinos, verrines pastry, lightning to chocolates of all shapes, giant religious, enchanting (burnt cream nougatine raspberry and chocolate foam), regional specialities (Tripaïs and galette galette), ice cream, ice cream, macaroons, small furnaces… The F.M (initials of Fréderic Magne) is his last greedy creation. It's a dessert cooked with almond grout and vanilla brûlée cream that you can eat in rafales! On order, he performs festive cakes and assembled parts.
