Stéphane Berthe offers more than fifteen different types of bread, including two specialities: rustic bread with natural leaven and sarmentine, a wheat baguette with a hazelnut flavour. On the pastry side, a long range of home-made ice creams with new flavours, a beautiful variety of verrines and macaroons, cannelés and other sweets, chocolates with ganache or violet, aiguillettes, truffles, marrons glacés...
