Maison Lepetit is an artisan cannery specializing in goose and duck. It all began in 1984 with the takeover of a cannery where individuals came to have their preserves crimped and sterilized. 30 years and three generations later, the Lepetit family continues to supply you with goose and duck foie gras in all its forms: whole, block, truffled, confit, rillettes, goose neck stuffed with foie gras, and more. You can visit the factory in Ussac (5 km from Brive) and even take a culinary course.
