THE HOUSE OF TREES AND NATURE
House offering exhibitions presenting the ecological, biological and economic aspects of the life of the forest in Chamberet
The tree house is housed in an old 19th century barn built around a truer-than-life chestnut tree. It offers exhibitions presenting the ecological, biological and economic aspects of life in the forest and programmes activities around the fish aquariums of the Limousin, a terrarium with batrachians and a beehive. It is an ideal knowledge base before or after discovering the municipal arboretum and its 105 species of trees.
