La Bergerie d'Aurélien is a farm located in Chaveroche, in the town of Loriol. This farm, certified organic since 2007, produces AB-certified meat, including veal, beef and lamb. The livestock consists of 80 Limousin suckler cows and 200 Suffolk or Limousin ewes. The animals are raised in semi-open-air conditions, fed mainly on grass grown on the farm or on GMO-free organic concentrated feed. La Bergerie d'Aurélien also offers take-away meals and room hire for receptions, meetings and seminars. The farm is located near Ussel, 10 minutes from the A89 motorway and around 90 km from Brive-la-Gaillarde and Clermont-Ferrand.
