An authentic local cuisine to be tasted in a superb restaurant in Collonges-la-Rouge.
The Cantou is worth a visit, if only for its old-fashioned decoration. To eat, you can choose between two large red stone rooms or the pleasant terrace under the vine. We offer you an authentic local cuisine, made of mixed salads, omelettes with ceps, farm veal, duck confit... If you wish to eat on the go, opt for the sandwich or sandwich formula. And in winter, if you spend the afternoon, the Chef prepares delicious wonders to be enjoyed with mulled wine.

Correct product, but Cold welcome, but it was not the high season. A shame because the place is pleasant. avoided omelettes with Truffles (request or truffles) but the rest is good. Reasonable prices quality
