An inn where home-made products are used to enhance the value of local products. We come here for the pleasure of food, we treat ourselves and we come back for pleasure.
Since October 2020, Vanessa and Cédric have been at the helm of this Bistrots de pays member inn. We're in the land of apples and raspberries, in a family-run restaurant we love to come back to. Products are sourced locally and home-cooked, following the seasons. For regulars, the Auberge's flagship products remain: like the local salad (chestnut sausage, Golden apple, smoked bacon), sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, veal and beef steaks.
