The name of this establishment is taken from a poem by Jean-Baptiste Chèze from Corrèze. Situated on a pretty square, this charming pension occupies a historic building. In winter, the inglenook in the dining room provides a family atmosphere. On sunny days, the terrace is appreciated, especially in the evening. The cuisine is based on classics: pike-perch with beurre blanc, Limousin calf sweetbreads with Quinquinoix, Limousin meats and mushrooms, ribs of pork with chestnuts, calf's head? For desserts: blueberry tart, apple-pear flognarde.

Je recommande chaleureusement
2 sur 3 personnes ont choisi la pièce de boeuf commandée saignante : un triangle d' à peine 100 grammes de viande ultracuite nous a été servie; 2 personnes sur 3 ont choisi la glace en dessert : on nous a donné de la main à la main sans assiette 2 cones industriels emballés. Ce jour là, nous n'avons eu ni la prestation cuisine, ni le rapport qualité prix. Peut etre sommes nous l'exception d'un passage à vide : dommage que cela soit tombé sur nous.
