Le Cabri des Vergnes, located in Estivaux in Corrèze, is a typical farm in the Vézère region. It raises goats in the open air and produces a variety of farmhouse goat cheeses, including fresh, semi-fresh, semi-dry and dry pelardon-type cheeses, lactic tommes, cœurs, fromage blanc and faisselle to order. The farm also offers cow's milk cheeses. Farm products are available for sale on site every day from 10am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm. It is also possible to buy online. Le Cabri des Vergnes also takes part in local farmers' markets in Segur le Château, Sainte Féréole, Voutezac and Le Saillant.
