This traditional walnut oil mill is housed in a 19th-century building that was once a barn-stable. Owners Anne Jaubertie and Cyrille Abonnel work with PDO Périgord walnuts, grown on the clay-limestone soils of the ancient Vicomté de Turenne. Visitors can learn more about the walnut oil-making process and purchase products from the mill's online boutique. Gift boxes and assorted noillardises are also available.
