CHEZ FRANCOISE BLEU
Restaurant offering a local cuisine, a nice address for a gourmet stop in Corrèze.
The Maison Bleu is a local institution and a must-see gourmet stopover when passing through Corrèze. The innkeepers Monique and Henri Bleu have handed over to their daughter Françoise who officiates in a beautiful 16th century house that is welcoming in more ways than one. You can eat a local cuisine where the ceps attract amateurs from far away. In winter, you can enjoy the warmth of the magnificent cantou. Among the sure values: the famous beef tournedos with ceps or truffles accompanied by a Mounassou, sautéed venison in season, duck breast with blueberries and Corrèze flognarde. Home-made tourtous (with sweetbreads, coulemelles...) are another option: happiness guaranteed! A very complete platter of matured cheeses. The house houses a delicatessen and country shop. Finally, you can sleep on the spot in one of the 5 rooms of the hotel.
