The Gentian gentian is the oldest brand of the Massif Massif. His inventor was a great kirsch lover and created this bitter drink to compete with the aperitifs produced from Cinchona bark. The wild yellow gentian shoots (Gentiana Lutea) found on the slopes of the mountains of Auvergne then acquire their letters of nobility. They are successively picked, sorted, crushed and stirred in the presence of plants that make the know-how of the distillery. Then the preparation obtained slowly vieillit in oak drum from the Massif Central. The roots quickly became known and success didn't get waiting.
