The restaurant is located near a lake, and the main dining room is decorated like an art gallery. Hervé, who runs the kitchen and is a master restaurateur, likes to introduce and combine unusual flavors according to the season. The menu is short, but sure to tantalize the taste buds, and changes daily to reflect the freshness and spontaneity of the produce. As for the pastries, the Chef's guilty pleasure, they are pure marvels. Limousin tourtière with AOC apples served with brandy is de rigueur.
