Le verger du Claux in Corrèze, located in Pierrefitte, is a former family farm taken over in 2015 by sisters Hélène and Marie Loiseau. Marie, a professional rider, offers horse boarding in large meadows on the banks of the Vézère, while Hélène, who specializes in nature conservation, has enhanced the ecological interest of the estate. In summer, the whole family is involved in the production of blueberries, which are sold directly from the farm and are also available for pick-your-own. The orchard is only open during the blueberry season, but the jams are available all year round in several shops in Corrèze.
