L’AUBERGE DE LA MARGUERITE
Refined homemade cuisine in an authentic restaurant with terrace in Saint-Hilaire-Luc.
This 19th century farmhouse, formerly a municipal guesthouse, was taken over four years ago by a dynamic couple who left Brittany to settle in Haute-Corrèze. On a thunderbolt, they transformed the place into a restaurant, their core business because it is already a restaurant and it has been there for 9 years. A very good address where one is sure to spend a delicious moment, as much for the reception (cordial), the decoration (authentic) and the kitchen (refined). Here everything is homemade and we work with local and fresh products, which means that the menu is renewed according to the seasons. To make your mouth water, here are a few examples: trout with sage and crushed potatoes, blueberry tiramisu. Special mention for the snails, whose garlic cream is one of the most successful. In the dining room you can warm up next to the cantou in winter and enjoy the flowered terrace in summer. An air of these farmhouses that we imagine in the tales. Karine and Fabrice love life and cooking... and love to share!
