FERME DE LA COMBES
Outdoor farms and processing of geese, ducks, poultry, lambs, black donkey pigs. On a property of 20 ha, four different farms are organised around an artisanal canning plant. The feeding of the animals is largely produced on the ground. The same applies to the slaughter of poultry and the transformation of the entire production through the approved laboratory. With his experience as chef de cuisine, Stéphane Marichal, the breeder also offers «catering» services, from dinner among friends to family or associative meetings.
