LE LAC DES BARIOUSSES

An artificial water reservoir on the Vézère river, the 100-hectare, 25-metre-deep lake has been awarded the "European Blue Flag" label thanks to the efforts made in environmental matters. It is the ideal place to relax and have fun, with family or friends. In an exceptional setting with a variety of meadows, wooded areas and rocky walls, the "nature sports resort" offers a wide range of seasonal activities: canoeing, rafting (on request outside the summer), pedal boat hire, mountain bike hire and trekking, with the possibility of introductory courses without accommodation. Beach with games for children and entertainment in summer: volleyball, petanque competition, table tennis and concerts at the snack bar.
