Nice shop on the main street for this highly rated country butcher shop. Among the specialities of the house: the hurre, pork tongue mounted in a terrine and stuffed with pistachios, the head pâté, the andouillettes with old mustards and violets, the boudin with chestnuts, the potato pâté, the pieces of dried beef... A house stamped "Compagnons du bon goût". A pretty little square adjoining the establishment allows you to break a small live crust.
