In season, you'd come just to enjoy the superb terrace overlooking the valley and part of the medieval village. But the cuisine, in this exceptional setting, is also a pleasure. Mouth-watering local dishes revisited with fresh, local produce: homemade semi-cooked foie gras, plum compote with red wine and star anise, plums in vinegar, for example, and a filet of Limousin beef, mashed potatoes, baby vegetables and jus. Excellent and well done. Very attentive service. A well-balanced wine list.
