LES JARDINS DE MURAT - EXPLOITATION DU LYCEE HORTICOLE DE BRIVE-VOUTEZAC

Les Jardins de Murat is an agricultural and horticultural operation located in Voutezac. It is managed by the Brive-Voutezac horticultural high school and serves as a training ground for students. Les Jardins de Murat offers a wide variety of products, including seeds, green and flowering plants, orchids, succulents and cacti, as well as local produce. They also have an area dedicated to bedding plants, organic vegetable seedlings, pottery and ecological plant care products. In addition to the educational garden center, the Jardins de Murat have also set up an agroforestry plot for market gardening. They have greenhouses, tunnels and field crops, including organically grown corn, potatoes and pumpkins. Part of their production is sold directly in their garden center, as well as to local authorities, school canteens and through a cooperative.
