immense abbatiale située sur une des voies des chemins de Compostelle (la voie de Vézelay). Au cœur de Benevent l'abbaye petit bourg classé villages et cités de caractère (seul ville de Creuse ayant ce label). visite gratuite, quelques messe célébrées dans l'abbatiale notamment l'été (calendrier à l'entrée).
