Two cottages have been set up in an old farmhouse. They have a large enclosed area of 5 000 m ² and a beautiful view of the creusois bocage. In the garden, the swimming pool and outdoor games will delight children. In a hamlet, they are quiet. The Avernha has a sauna area and an elliptical bike. It consists of a large room on the ground floor, a relaxation area (games, books) on the mezzanine and two bedrooms. It also includes a play room with billiard, a second screen and a game console. The renovation enhances the wood and stone and gives its stamp. A wood stove completes electric heating.
