The abbey church of Sainte-Valérie is a masterpiece of Romanesque art and one of the largest religious buildings in Limousin. Started at the end of the 11th century, it is composed of a nave of nine bays, with side aisles, preceded by a bell tower-porch, a transept with two juxtaposed apsidioles, a choir with an ambulatory and three adjoining chapels. The building has two bell towers. Inside: beautiful wooden fences and the stalls of the 17th century, a lectern of the 18th century and the reliquary bust of Saint Valerie.
