Delicious, inventive cuisine, an excellent welcome, a pleasant, well-decorated dining room with well-spaced tables... We highly recommend L'Auberge de la Vallée. Chef Sébastien Proux's work has been recognized by gastronomic guides, including two toques in the Gault & Millau guide. His menus combine mastery of execution, ambition and a love of local produce. Carefully prepared, the vegetables come from the garden and the meats are local: baronet lamb, Limousin beef, cul-noir pork... The menu changes regularly. An address to remember!

Tout est préparé avec le même soin que dans la grande salle, sauf qu'il s'agit de produits simples. c'est absolument divin d'y prendre un repas , goûteux , simple et pourtant original
