In his Jardin des Avettes, he grows field and greenhouse vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants, and produces red fruit, kiwis, potatoes and cider apples. ECOCERT-certified, his products are organically grown. You can visit him at his home in Villejoint, by appointment, or meet him on Thursdays at the Dun-le-Palestel market.
