The history of the Volubilis began with the creation of La Biscuiterie du Plateau, an association dedicated to promoting solidarity and exchange through the production of biscuits. This place of meeting and sharing was born thanks to dedicated volunteers who, around Olivier Martin, developed their specialities: chocolate and nut cookies, orange blossom shuttle... Over time, the biscuit factory has added a tea room, the Volubilis. It offers biscuits, drinks, discussions, exhibitions and workshops throughout the year.
