MANUFACTURE DE TAPISSERIES PINTON

This is where the two largest tapestries in the world were woven. It practises the basse weaving of works by contemporary masters, the copying of old and the manufacture of tuftés carpets: semi-mechanical soap and carpet carpets from 150 years experience. The workshops combine tradition and innovation with current materials such as bamboo fibre and cotton. In the Pinton manufacture, the visitor is invited to discover all the techniques and stages of carrying out the tapestries: from cardboard to choice of colours and materials to creation with know-how of lissiers.
