Located 10 km from Gueret towards La Châtre. Direct sale all year on the farm and on certain markets. Paul Clément and Jean-Luc Georges propose processed snails; to Burgundy, in shell, escargotine creusoise, verrines, escapéro to Provence and Catalan. All are of the same type: the famous big grey or helix aspersa. The farm has 500 000 heads, of which 20 to 30% are harvested each year, with the conversion of a strain to organic farming, because even the shell goes to bio!
