Brasserie in the heart of downtown offering specialties such as the Creusois fondu.
Located right in the center of town, this café-brasserie was taken over by Thierry Dalles in 2016, and offers specialties such as fondu creusois, sautéed beef from Limousin, pork mignon with Auvergne blue cheese or even, to take us a little further afield, sauerkraut or blanquette de la mer. At any time of day, you can enjoy desserts, crêpes, ice creams and sorbets from the Alps. The same goes for a charcuterie or cheese board. You'll also find a wide choice on the wine list, which can be served by the glass.
