GÎTE D’ÉTAPE

For people passing through (hikers, bikers...) looking for an affordable shelter or for forward-thinking vacationers, the gîte d'étape du Bourg d'Hem opened its doors at the end of 2009 in an old barn superbly renovated. Two single rooms, one room for 4 people, accommodating people with reduced mobility, two other rooms for 4 people, a dormitory for 8 people with bunk beds and a room for 3 people offer a total of 27 clean and quality beds (sheets provided, beds made). The bathrooms are incorporated into the rooms. The interior is simply decorated, with a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a living room, and a lounge with television and books. There are also two picnic tables outside.
