The Château de la Cazine offers a moment of pleasure and luxury. Installed in its large lounges overlooking the park, charmed by its mouldings and its hushed atmosphere, one is taken in hand by an efficient and discreet service. The team brings in a good rhythm gastronomic plates which vary according to the season. Generally speaking, they are inventive and play on textures. To give you an idea: poultry terrine with pistachios, lobster bisque and crumbled saithe, back of cod in Champagne sabayon gratinée and its vegetable brunoise, medallion of veal in chestnut crust, Bavarian pear-chocolate bavarois, creamy chestnut dome and its kiwi gazpacho. A festival of flavours.

La qualité des mets et du service sont somptueux. La maitresse de salle très attentionnée, avec des verres bien dosés pour celui qui conduit... et celle qui profite ,)
