Restaurant with inventive and tasty recipes in Nouzerines.

Restaurant of a beautifully decorated inn, located in a charming little town in the Creuse. Among the local products, a large part is made in season with game meat. Inventive and tasty recipes, such as the gravlax-style magret, the ginger lemongrass marine veal striploin or the French toast brioche with spices. As for the rest of the menu, it features fillet of Limousin beef, home-made foie gras, blueberry magret and langoustines with saffron. The dishes are delicious and the presentation is very well thought out. The local producers are highlighted and the cheeses are tasty. The establishment also has a shop selling local products.

We found that the starters and desserts were correct, but we had unpleasant surprise you not to have had in our dishes in the entire ingredients that were mentioned in the menu. (fillet of scorpion fish that was not, not purée sweet potatoes, no crumble on the tatin minute)
super gourmet restaurant with fine and refined cuisine or you are accueullies warmly in a rustic interior
