SENTIER D'INTERPRÉTATION DE LA LANDE DU PUY DE LA CROIX

This exceptional interpretive trail runs along the northeast shore of Lake Vassivière. It is 2.3 km long and allows you to discover the characteristic environments and landscapes of this territory. It culminates at a belvedere that offers a fantastic view of the lake. The trail is lined with carved stones, which evoke the legend of the place and the history of its inhabitants. You will have an unforgettable walk in a preserved environment. This environment is also favourable to rare species such as the otter, the mad bunting or the Damier de la Succise butterfly, so be careful.
