HÔTEL-RESTAURANT NOUGIER
The chief, Stéphane Nougier, took over the family business. He is part of the White Toque du Limousin and has been Master restaurant since December 2013. It serves refined dishes using local products, with Mediterranean colouring. You will taste a duck at both cooking with a embeurrée of cabbage, a fig-figues fatty liver, a supreme pigeon or a turbot aubergines-almonds, not forgetting the piece of limousine beef and the moelleux of hazelnuts or nuts. The presentations are very well-treated. A delicious table and chic decor all in black and white. The children's menu can be a reduction in that of adults, so that they discover the same flavours.
