LE DOMAINE DE MONTMERY
Gite in a splendid farmhouse, a historic setting in Ambazac.
The Domaine de Montméry is the historic estate of the famous porcelain maker Théodore Haviland, comprising a park, a château (not open to the public), and the farm and its buildings (listed as historic monuments, like all our heritage). The latter can be visited, but also houses a gîte that the descendants have had converted. You'll be staying in a beautiful, spacious granite farmhouse on 3 levels, set in 100m2 of grounds. The decor is both rustic and elegant. You'll enjoy evenings by the stove.
