AUBERGE DU CHEVAL BLANC
Restaurant located right next to the house where Jean Giraudoux was born, offering simple and seasonal cuisine.
Right next to Jean Giraudoux's birth house, this former post house does not go unnoticed with its white facade and beautiful blue shutters. It looks like a seaside resort. But the paintings of another local child, Aimé Vallat (1912-1993), exhibited inside, will make you discover the wonders of the Limousin nature. Dominique and Myriam's establishment is known for its good local cuisine. A simple and seasonal cuisine: creamy poultry flan, excellent Limousin lamb's liver with morel mushrooms or sweetbreads sauce, tender Limousin beef and especially the fabulous raspberry tart or Bellac cannelé! Very good value for money! Air-conditioned room.
