In May 2012, David Daudon took over the hotel-restaurant Le Central after more than ten years of service in Limoges in Limoges (where he obtained our distinction: a small fox each year). In the restaurant, a well-decorated, spacious room awaits guests for tasty and tasty dishes from fresh products. Put in mouth, tartare tartar, rib beef candied apple (always beautiful tender meat, red label), dessert, roasted pineapple or pear in a chocolate craquante dress. Copious plates and well presented. In Bellac, a long time ago we waited for a good table, the Bellachons are Happy. Finally, David Daudon is a member of the White Toque du Limousin.
