LA FERME DE CHAZETAS
Philippe Godon raises the ducks he shoots and transforms on the spot. He sells his products directly on his farm daily, on the producer markets of the summer countries and on the weekly market of Saint-Léonard-de-Purse every Saturday morning. The farm of Chazetas therefore manufactures preserved and cooked dishes: foie gras, block, rillettes, conflict, duck civet, duck estouffade, neck stuffed, magret, etc. From October to March, one can book a bowl of liver bowl half-baked in the oven. In the summer it is possible to visit the animal by passing a phone call in advance. During the visit you will discover the two workshops, the sheep and lambs, breeding, feeding and the duck kitchen. Free tasting inevitably puts water in the mouth
