At Escale Gourmande, you can enjoy traditional cuisine combining regional products and careful presentation, gourmet and above all generous since Benjamin and his partner offer all-you-can-eat buffets with a fine selection of soups, appetizers, dishes of the day, cheeses and desserts. The house speciality - calf's head with gribiche sauce - and all the other dishes (rillettes, salads, guinea fowl, sweetbreads, fillet of sole...) are prepared by the couple. And for the amateurs, on Friday evening, it is royal couscous!
