Located 10 minutes from Strasbourg, in the heart of the Kochersberg region, Ferme du Petit Thomas is a family-run farm offering quality meat produced exclusively on the farm. The animals are raised in the open air or in free stalls with straw, with respect for their well-being. They are fed with cereals, alfalfa and hay, all produced on the farm. The animals' growing time is adapted to guarantee quality meat. Ferme du Petit Thomas offers cuts of beef, pork, lamb, rabbit, chicken and hen from the farm at monthly direct sales.
