Just ten minutes from downtown Dax, near the Moulin de Bénesse, Chez Simone serves simple, generous cuisine inspired by the South-West region. There are even dishes you'll need to order the day before, like the puff pastry turnover filled with foie gras and duck breast, or up to 3 days or even a week before your arrival, to share the stuffed poule au pot. Don't forget to book in advance, but also to order takeaway dishes the day before.
