DOMAINE DE LA FORÊT VALENTIN

A private park dedicated to traditional hunting and logging, the Parque Valentin is located in the forest of Valentin, on the border of Haute-Vienne and the Corrèze in Limousin. It is 30 km from Limoges and extends to the villages of Coussac-Sur, Saint-Priest-Ligoure and Château-Chervix. Passionate about nature and hunting, the owner welcomes the hunters to the day on a territory of 200 hectares with great ease. The hilly biotope is made up of deciduous and coniferous wood, large forest lanes and three ponds. The type of game hunted is mainly large game with high density in wild boar, deer and deer. Of excellent quality, it is 100% wild, often born within the park itself. Woodcock are also found in wood at the time of migration. Hunting can take place in a group of 5 to 10 hunters accompanied by their dogs, or individually to the arrêt for woodcock. Every hunter must have his or her national or national hunting licence, validated for the current year, and be equipped with hunting insurance. The hunting period runs from early September to late February.
