Orange Blue is a Belgian chain with a number of rooms in France, three of them in Limousin. All ages and levels, a tray of machines for all disciplines (treadmill, elliptical bikes, rowers, etc.), a reserved space. The team is young, dynamic and professional. Collective courses leave the choice between muscle building, cardio and relaxation. Yako Pump, Jump, Attitude, Relaxation, Integral, Training, Biking, Abs and step-by-step, all about punctuated choreography or Zen music. There is nothing to do with the cleanliness of the premises, which also include a sauna on each side of the rooms, a bar corner and a small room equipped to recover.
