LA BRASSERIE DU HAUT-LIMOUSIN
A former police officer in the city of Limoges, Eric Martialot resigned to follow the traditions of his grandmother, a brewer in northern France, and to live his passion: create its own artisanal beer, the Lémovice, a 100% natural beer. Located near the Rocherolles viaduct, he enjoys sharing his know-how during the brewery visits that are made by appointment and in season, with the tourist office. This micro-brewery produces up to 300 litres of beer of double fermentation, pasteurised. The blonde like the amber has already been crowned by a Fouquet d'Or in the Salon of the Brasseur de Saint-Nicolas-de-Port. They have a lot of taste, as Eric adds spices (apple, blueberry, roots, acacia flowers, wild hops picked on the banks of the Gartempe). He also produces a brown beer called Black Mouth. To savour moderation, this goes without saying!
