Since 2015, after being put up for sale, it is a local child, Maud Pressigout, who is taking over the business by performing a real professional pirouette. Formerly a childcare worker at the mother and child hospital in Limoges, she was accompanied by the master of beer. The artisanal approach is still at the heart of the production, the labels are still in French and Occitan, the bottles are sold at the farm and on the markets. But Maud also has her dreams: to develop the production and to propose recipes based on beer.
