The old Pig Gourmand has turned into Delights Gourmand; It doesn't matter, the gustoù pig is still present as well as the delicious cochonnailles in this family-run sausage, which was picked up by Emmanuel and Karine Tang. Here it is a point of honour to sell only preparations based on products from Limousin, with the emphasis on traceability and quality: Beef and veal Blason Prestige, Baronet lamb, Didier Cotte's poultry and, of course, the good gustoù pig! It adds some gourmet dishes that have made the reputation of the house: pâtés, charcuterie and bowl of homemade foie gras, homemade smoked salmon. In sweet, Emmanuel Tang also has his specialty: the Or or, with almond paste, revisited in its way. Greedy baskets or barbecue baskets are offered.
