Toute intervention "sous garantie" coûte 690€ !
Monte-escalier installé il y a 6 mois, très peu utilisé, et qui ne donne plus signe de vie (rien ne s'allume). Après appel téléphonique, on m'explique que c'est probablement lié à "une mauvaise utilisation", les batteries seraient déchargées car le siège ne serait plus sur son point de charge... très étonnant car le siège est en maximum de course (en butée) à sa place habituelle en haut de l'escalier... bref, l'intervention est facturable à 690€. Peu importe les 2 ans de garantie, il faut payer pour qu'un technicien passe ! La garantie promise n'a donc aucune valeur, attendez vous à devoir payer au moindre problème !!
