Aymeric and Vanilli have put a fresh spin on Limousin cuisine. Specializing in Limousin minced meats, L'Éminceur offers regional cuisine based on fresh, local produce. The home fries are delicious. Close to the Basilique Saint Michel des Lions, the restaurant is well placed, but also quite secluded, so you can eat in peace on the terrace or indoors. We love the warm, trendy decor, especially the upstairs room, which combines modernity with magnificent, colorful stained-glass windows.
