When Mamie Bigoude settled in rue de la Soif in 2008, the success was instantaneous and has never been denied since then, whether at lunch or in the evening. The people of Limoges (young people at night, a little less at lunchtime) have fallen in love with the décor, which could be described as "regressive neo-kistsch-country"; mixing the childish universe of the 1980s, the newspapers and ads of the 1950s and all the knick-knacks you can find in a flea market with a little more than a touch of baroque fantasy. Add some bird calls and you might get an idea. On the plate, a classic assortment of galettes, andouille de Guéméné, magret, etc... Burgers, salads and simple and hearty aperitif proposals. The pots of cream dessert, very new pastry with the use of Kinder or crumbled cookies are a great plus of the house. The service is young, dynamic and devilishly efficient.

Tres dépaysant
Les serveurs ont de suite été à l'écoute de nos besoins (faire le service apéritif/plat/dessert en l'espace d'1h pour 13 personnes). Grâce à eux, nous avons pu profiter de cette journée avec l'estomac bien rempli. En effet, les plats sont tout aussi copieux que savoureux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Mais par contre, cela s'explique par les produits utilisés ultra bas de gamme pour la galette complète que j'ai prise. Dommage.
Mais pour le prix il faut bien une explication. Bref, allez y pour ambiance mais pas du tout pour la gastronomie ????
